As a future public manager, I personally use the website of
the Consejo para la Trasnparencia, which was created by the Ley de Transparencia de la Función Pública y
de Acceso a la Información de la
Administración del Estado.
Its funtion
isto help the Administrative probity, on this websites, you can have access to information
about the state, the public organisms, civil servants, budget, and the
administration of the public assets. Basically
it is a method for getting closer the citizenship, the state and the government,
with the purpose of ending the corruption.

and you can request the information what you need, and on the websites of all
public services there is always a link of petition of information with the Ley
de Transparencia de la Función Pública y de Acceso a la Informacion de la
Administración del Estado. I used for a research work lately, requested
information about the Minsal, Ministerio de justicia y la Subsecretaria de
Derechos Humanos, they responded me in 20 days as the law says.
Is a really
important because is a great a law and organism for help to legitimize the work
of the public administration in front of the citizenship.
I don't know how to use this information, but its looks pretty important
